Returns and Exchange Policy


We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days.  Items must be in new, re-sellable condition with all original packaging.  Note: We do not allow exchanges on international orders, but returns are accepted. 

We offer a limited warranty on our products.  If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our customer service via CS@SeerOutfitters.com or by calling 1-877-733-7559 and we will help you out.

Instructions for returning items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire form on the reverse side of the packing slip, and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided on the packing slip. Original shipping, handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.  If you are completing an exchange we will however pay for shipping on the goods you have exchanged for.  If you do not have a packing slip, please email customer service at CS@SeerOutfitters.com and we will email you a return form.
